A 10-week Creative Arts Course for Women
Would you like a couple of hours of ‘me’ time, with the chance to have a go at some crafting whilst also having an opportunity to reflect on different themes and chat with new friends? If so, then Peaced Together might be just the thing for you!
It’s a 10-week Creative Arts Course for Women — a beautiful course that helps us make sense of life, build confidence and help us to see the beauty in ourselves as we reflect, learn and grow in a creative way. Many friendships are made, as well as creative masterpieces!
The course runs weekly from Monday 25th September 2023 between 7pm and 9pm at Haxby and Wigginton Methodist Church.

“I really got a lot out of the Peaced Together course. It has helped me to realise my self worth, and encouraged me to think about life from a different perspective. I really enjoyed getting to know the other ladies on the course, and I feel I have friends for life now. We have been able to share with each other and encourage one another.
I also really enjoyed making the craft items, I used a sewing machine for the first time which I was anxious about but would probably try again now I’ve done it within the context of the course. The crafts also were themed and helped us to talk about things in our lives — giving us permission to talk about things that we might not have done if we just sat and talked.

Peaced Together: A 10-Week Creative Arts Course for Women
A place to build confidence, find friendship and learn new skills. A space to reflect, learn and grow, in a creative way.
When: 7pm–9pm on Mondays over 10 weeks, starting Monday 25th September 2023
Where: Haxby and Wigginton Methodist Church
Cost: It’s just £50 for the 10 weeks — a deposit of £20 then two instalments of £15.
