Saturday 3rd June 2023
York Methodist Circuit will be joining with friends from other denominations to take part in York Pride 2023, under the banner of Christians Together at Pride.
On Saturday 3rd June 2023 we will be walking together in the Pride parade, starting from the Minster at 11:45am, to the Knavesmire. We’ll also have a stall all day at the Knavesmire.
Or you can join in the parade as a member of the public. For this, please assemble in High Petergate, Precentor’s Court or Minster Yard between 11:15am and 11:40am.
Alternatively, make your way direct to the Knavesmire to enjoy the afternoon. The main festival starts as the parade arrives at around 1pm. (There’s also an Autism-friendly Quiet Hour on site before this, between 11:30am and 12:30pm.)
It’s a family-friendly day with a wide range of food & drink outlets and a licensed bar. Dogs are welcome too if kept on a lead.
